Enjoy an Easter lunch at Hesselet
Our gastronomic chef Jeppe Foldager has created a menu for a very special Easter lunch, which can be booked by guests at the hotel, or by those of you who just want to stop by and enjoy lunch with a view of the Great Belt.
The Easter lunch can be booked from April 2 to April 5, 2026.
At the table are served:
- Fried Easter herring in mild brine with elderflower and shallots, served with citrus mayonnaise and green herbs
- Hesselet's flax-smoked salmon served with small salads in asparagus vinaigrette and crispy vegetables
- Eggs from Stokmosegaard with hollandaise, crispy croutons and roe
- Small tartlet with lamb, dill and shrimp
- Fried chicken from Allegaarden with light sauce, ramsons and grilled radishes
- Rhubarb compote with crispy oats and Oolong ice cream
