Saint Hans on Hesselet
On Tuesday, June 23, 2026, we invite you to a special Midsummer evening at Hotel Hesselet, where gastronomy, tradition and sea views merge.
Program:
6:30 p.m. welcome with champagne & snacks
7:00 PM 4-course gourmet dinner in Restaurant Hesselet
- Hamachi with green peas, cucumber, horseradish and blackcurrant leaves
- White asparagus with beach herbs, shrimp and blanquette sauce
- Pork with spring onions, ramsons, truffle and sauce ragout
- Rhubarb as sorbet and baked with syrup, posset and wild strawberry
After dinner - evening coffee/tea and petit fours
Price per person DKK 995,-
Including wine menu per person DKK 1,595.
The evening then continues by the water's edge, where we light the bonfire at 9:30 PM.
Table reservation is necessary.
