CHRISTMAS AT HESSELET

Hesselets Christmas table 995,- incl. beer/water/wine

  • Hesselet's Christmas herring with whipped organic sour cream and salted berries
  • Gran gravad salmon with fox sauce and aromatic herbs


2. Times

  • Stir-fried seafood salad with eggs from Stokmosegaard and herbs
  • Crispy fish fillet with homemade remoulade and lemon
  • Lightly smoked sausage roll with port wine sauce, onion and cress


3. Times

  • Christmas medlars with stir-fried mustard and Funen cabbage
  • Duck a la orange with caramelized nuts and warm spices
  • Browned potatoes and French fries

Classic rice alamande with roasted almonds and our cherry sauce


The Christmas table is served in 4 tempi, with our sourdough bread and rye bread, whipped butter and spiced fat.
