Service facilities

  • Waste sorting

    Housekeeping sorts waste left in the room. If you wish to dispose of the waste yourself, there is a waste sorting facility at the entrance. If you have any questions, please contact the reception.

  • Bathrobes

    In the rooms for free use.

  • Minibar

    The minibar is replenished daily. Consumption is settled upon departure.

  • Bedding

    Synthetic pillows and duvets can be provided if you are allergic to natural products.


    If you are a guest at the hotel for more than two days, the bed linen will be changed on the third day. If you would like it changed earlier, please contact reception.

  • Beach bags

    Available in all rooms with extra towels for the beach or pool.

  • Breakfast

    Breakfast is included in the room rate. Please note that breakfast served in the room will incur an additional charge.

    Breakfast – weekdays and Saturdays 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

    Breakfast – Sunday and holidays 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM

    Lunch 12:00 – 15:00

    Dinner at 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Room service

    Due to busy times, room service is not always available and can only be arranged by appointment. For breakfast, orders must be placed the day before by 5:00 PM.

Activities and freedom

  • Billiards, table tennis and playroom:

    Free use in the basement for guests over 15 years of age. Equipment can be borrowed at reception.

  • Bicycles

    Regular bicycles are rented for DKK 95 per day. Electric bicycles are rented for DKK 195 per day. Cards and keys are available at the reception.

  • Golf

    St. Knud's Golf Club is 3 km from the hotel.

  • Fireplace

    On cool days you can enjoy coffee or drinks by the fireplace with a view of the Great Belt.

  • Sauna

    Please contact reception 45 minutes before use.

  • Swimming pool

    Available from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Children under 15 years old have access during certain hours.

  • Sunbathing

    Sun loungers on the lawn. Extra towels are available at reception.

  • Trotting and running trips

    Maps of routes are available at reception.

Meetings and conferences

  • AV equipment

    Whiteboard, flipchart, wireless internet and PC projector are offered at no extra cost.

  • Conferences

    Contact the conference department (ext. 650) for a demonstration and quotation.

    The reception can contact a doctor if necessary.

    The reception is staffed 24/7. If you are absent, please call the black phone at the entrance.

  • Smoking policy

    Smoking is not allowed in the Japanese Gardens at the main entrance. We refer you instead to the parking lot or the terraces facing the water.
