Pavilion Manager for Restaurant Hi

Would you like to help open a new restaurant experience at Hotel Hesselet? On March 1, 2027, we will open the doors to Restaurant Hi – a newly built pavilion restaurant at Hotel Hesselet, created as an exclusive dining universe with an open kitchen, a welcoming setting and a strong focus on hospitality, culture and holistic experiences.

We are facing a busy autumn and are looking for reliable reserve waiters to join our waiter team.

We are looking for reserve waiters for weekday evening shifts, morning and evening weekend shifts.

Maybe you have a gap year or are simply looking for evening and weekend work alongside your studies, then this is also of interest.

We expect from you:

  • That you have experience from the industry, but not a requirement - We will train you
  • You are service-minded and meet guests at eye level
  • That you can work both weekdays and weekends. You must be able to work at least 2 shifts a week. Will preferably be evening and weekend work. Around 12-15 hours a week.
  • You are responsible, stable and committed
  • That you can work both independently and as part of a team
  • Humor and high spirits
