Run and walk through the forest and along the beach
Now that you’re here at our beautiful hotel in the middle of the forest and right by the sea, don’t you think you should get out there and make the most out of these spectacular surroundings? You could e.g. pop your running or walking shoes on and take yourself off on a fantastic trip along the beach or follow one of the winding paths into the forest. Just ask at reception if you’re looking for a good route - we have tried them ourselves!
Massage and alternative treatments You can (and must) do a lot of things yourself – but massage isn’t one of them. Massage is about letting go, relaxing completely and handing yourself over to another person’s experienced touch. We co-operate with several local masseurs and alternative therapists who will come by appointment and service you with the TLC of your choice. Just ask at reception.
Inner peace and balance You don’t have to lock yourself away in your room when looking for inner peace. The beach and the hotel’s magnificent lawn looking over the forest and the sea are both ideal for yoga, meditation or even Tai Chi. Fresh air and awe-inspiring views combined with the inner peace within your exercises will intensify the whole experience and your well-being.
