We can do it if you really want us to – you know… make ourselves hard to get hold of. Make sure nothing works. Pull the curtains on the beautiful view. Let the delicious food go cold and the aperitif tepid. Fill the pool up with family and friends. Put the fire out in the fireplace. Forget your wake-up call the next morning and refuse to show you the best route for your run or the most enjoyable walk.
